A family winery with 50 hectares, located in Württemberg. Every year we process grapes in our modern winery. Our annual turnover is about 4.000 hl.
The products range from basic wines to premium wines of the highest quality level of the winegrowing area „Württemberg“.
Under the direction of the Winemaker and/or Cellar Supervisor:
• performing cellar tasks and support functions in detailed and timely manner
• grape processing
• juice and wine movements/transfers
• weighing out/performing additions to juice
• fermentation process: juice enriching and fermentation
• fining, clarification and stabilization of wine
• monitoring temperature of wine tanks
• cleaning and hygiene
• accompanying works
